Any automated querying, high-frequency request generation, bot usage, or scraping of our `/track` endpoint is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their IP addresses automatically and permanently blocked by our rate-limiting and security systems.

2. Accuracy of Tracking Information

TrackPkgs acts as an independent intermediary that retrieves, aggregates, and translates tracking updates from third-party logistics providers. We do not generate tracking events ourselves. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the updates provided by carriers are complete, timely, or error-free.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not a shipping carrier, courier, or delivery agent. TrackPkgs is not responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, customs holds, or damage to shipments. For any delivery issues, please contact the courier in charge of your parcel or the merchant directly.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
